We do not collect any information automatically beyond what is described in the Analytics section below.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit is used solely to
- Respond to your inquiry or project request
- Schedule and conduct a discovery call
- Send you a project proposal if requested
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics
We use PostHog, a self-hosted product analytics platform, to understand how visitors use our website. PostHog collects aggregate usage data such as page views, clicks, and referral sources. All data is stored on our own infrastructure and is not shared with advertising networks. PostHog may use cookies to distinguish unique sessions.
Contact form submissions are delivered via Amazon SES (AWS Simple Email Service). Message content is transmitted to our email address and not stored by any third-party marketing platform.
Data Retention
We retain contact information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, complete a project engagement. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Advertising & Conversion Tracking
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns. This tag may collect information about your visit, such as the URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser properties, and a timestamp. LinkedIn may use cookies to enable this functionality. The data is encrypted, pseudonymized within seven days, and the pseudonymized data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share personal data with us. We only receive aggregated reports about ad audiences and website performance. You can opt out of LinkedIn interest-based advertising in your LinkedIn ad preferences.
Cookies
PostHog may set cookies to distinguish sessions. The LinkedIn Insight Tag may set cookies for conversion tracking and audience insights. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings or opt out via your LinkedIn account settings.
Sub-Processors
We engage the following third-party sub-processors that may handle personal data submitted through this website:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting infrastructure and email delivery (SES). Data processed in the US. Privacy policy: aws.amazon.com/privacy
- PostHog — self-hosted product analytics, running on our own AWS infrastructure. Data does not leave our servers.
- Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and Turnstile CAPTCHA. May process IP addresses and request metadata in transit. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
- LinkedIn — conversion tracking via the LinkedIn Insight Tag. See Advertising & Conversion Tracking section above.
We do not use any sub-processors for email marketing or CRM platforms that store your contact details.
