Background
Cesar Alcazar is the founder and CEO of Dasnuve, an engineering firm based in the Denver metro area that specializes in intelligent applications, workflow automation, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure on AWS. He has spent more than ten years working at the intersection of telecommunications, big data, and cloud architecture — first inside large enterprises, then as an independent engineer building production systems for mid-market companies across healthcare, energy, legal services, and financial services.
Before founding Dasnuve in 2021, Cesar led cloud infrastructure and DevOps initiatives for Fortune 500 organizations, designing systems that processed terabytes of telemetry data, managed multi-region AWS deployments, and automated operational workflows at scale. That experience shaped both his technical depth and his frustration with how enterprise consulting firms operate: overpromising on scope, billing hourly without accountability, and treating clients as recurring revenue rather than recurring partners.
Dasnuve was built around the opposite model. Every engagement begins with a scoped discovery process that results in a fixed price and a clear set of deliverables. No hourly billing games. No moving goalposts. Clients know what they are getting, when they are getting it, and exactly what it costs before work begins.
